Please read this Terms & Conditions before renting:
A sum of deposit (displayed on each photo above) is required to be put as collateral. Deposit amount varies; depending on the type of carrier you rent.
Rental fee is charged based on your desirable rental duration (refer to each photo for details). This fee does not include postage yet.
Penalty for late return: RM3 per day. For example, if you return the carrier 3 days later than the given date, penalty is charged as RM3 x 3 days = RM9. Send us poslaju tracking number so that we know the actual date you return the carrier.
Penalty for damage: Depends on the level of damage; will be charged from your deposit.
Poslaju fee from us: Deducted from your deposit; RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia/RM16 for Sabah Sarawak.
Poslaju fee from you: On you.
Deposit will only be returned once we received the carrier.
Rules & Regulations :
1. DO NOT WASH THE CARRIER
2. DO NOT USE THE CARRIER WHILE SMOKING/COOKING/PLAYING WITH PETS/DOING ANYTHING THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD
Example of calculation:
If you rent the Cuddleme carrier for 14 days (RM20), you have to put RM15O as collateral. From the deposit, we will deduct RM20 for 14 days rental fee + postage fee from us (RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia/RM16 to Sabah Sarawak). If you do not return the carrier late and we receive it without any damage or filth, we will return the balance of your deposit; RM120 (Peninsular Malaysia)/RM114 (Sabah Sarawak). If you fail to return the carrier by the given date or if there is any damage or filth found on the carrier, penalty charge will be deducted from your deposit. Rental date starts on the 3rd day after we ship the carrier to you. You must return the carrier to us a day after the given date to avoid any penalty charge.
Below is amount of your deposit balance that we will return to you (if you do not break the Rules & Regulations):

(B) 7 days = RM125 Peninsular Malaysia/RM119 Sabah Sarawak
